Requirement for Registered Entities
Starting in 2025, a new statewide filing requirement goes into effect for all entities registered to do business in Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations has introduced an Annual Report that must be filed by both domestic and foreign entities operating in the state.
Failure to file this report may result in administrative dissolution, termination, or cancellation of the business registration, as well as the loss of name protection. Filing the Annual Report is essential to maintain active registration status in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
